Home sick today...been feeling run down.
Hefner w/Blake; ran 1/2 mi repeats from Fire Station to Police Station; still very overweight and hard to breath from it. Did decent for first longer workout in months. Coming back into 25-30 mph wind slowed time 6-10 second. Forgot to do striders after run drills.
