Biked then ran.

Easy run in 72 temp with 27 wind = how often do you get that inverse relationship between temp and wind?  Pollen count jumped bigtime with wind now from South.

Also lifted upper and did ART on lower legs.

Bad news is cancelled Houston HM due to bad luck.  Oh well.

We had to cancel due to injury to one of our dogs and her needing diligent monitoring.
